I had the most terrible time buying something for my business! If I could give zero stars, I totally would. I made a big order of wood rounds and asked for faster shipping. The Etsy seller 'happily' agreed, saying they’d send my order out ASAP... Fast forward a week, and my order still hasn’t shipped???? I just wanted to know when it was going out, and then Owen (the charming owner) CANCELLED MY ORDER!! I waited 8 days for it to ship, only to have it yanked away at the last minute! Seriously, don’t waste your time with this unreliable company.

Not long after I posted this review, I got a threatening letter and message from the seller - insisting I remove my review or face legal consequences. This review reflects my genuine experience with this company, and I won’t be bullied or threatened into changing my honest opinion.

I really enjoy placing orders with Kentucky Country Home. My deliveries are always prompt, thorough, and nicely packed. Plus, I value that they remember us loyal customers even while trying to expand their clientele, unlike many other businesses. They truly are a fantastic company.

Regrettably, I wasn't satisfied with the door hanger that arrived - the paint colors were not quite right, and it just didn't have a quality appearance. Still, since I had nothing else handy, I went ahead and hung it on my front door for the 4th of July.

I was really pleased with how the door hanger monogram turned out. I went for the slate color, even though I actually needed black, which wasn’t in stock. No biggie, I just gave it a quick spray paint job in black since my door is white and my house has those black shutters.

This purchase was just fantastic! We got the ammo containers, and the craftsmanship was top-notch, plus the price is unbeatable! Huge thanks for exceeding my expectations!

The website is tough to get around and pretty unstable on my Android phone. Even though shipping is free if you hit the minimum spend, the wait times are pretty long, and they split up shipments. For instance, on one order of five items, three were sent through USPS, while the other two went via FedEx; there was a two-week gap between when I got them. The USPS package showed up damaged and open, with a note from the Post Office; there was no invoice or inventory list included, but I had my original order and found out one item was missing. I reached out to the store through email and followed up with pictures. They mentioned it’s a common issue with USPS and offered to send me a replacement. On the bright side, their customer service is quick and responsive.

The item met my expectations, but sadly, a section of the design was absent. I found it out too late, as it was already stained, so returning it wasn't an option.

I'm really into this chalk paint. I transformed my kitchen cabinets using the ivory shade, and they turned out incredible. I also revamped my backsplash. Plus, I gave my kitchen table and chairs a fresh look too. They look like they just came out of the store! I’ll definitely return for more. The blueberry hue is stunning as well. I painted an old hutch with it, and it looks like it’s brand new. The customer service was excellent, and shipping was super quick.

For around a year and a half, I’ve been getting my Dixie Belle paint supplies from Kentucky Country Home. Even with all the hiccups from Covid, their customer service has consistently been excellent, and I really appreciate getting rewards for my buys!

All my purchases were nicely packaged. They really take the time and show pride in their work, something that’s missing in a lot of businesses these days. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

I’m seriously head over heels for their glazed acrylic paint collection. Yeah, it’s a bit pricey, but the quality is just fantastic! I always find a way to stash some cash just to grab their stuff 🥺.

Owen, the guy in charge, is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. Not only does he offer top-notch products and speedy shipping, but he’s also got a ton of knowledge about painting furniture and is always willing to lend a hand. I really enjoy working with Owen.

Kentucky Country Home is hands down my go-to place for craft supplies that you just won’t find in those big chain stores. I can give them a ring, swing by, and my order is all set for me. They’re cool about letting me chill with them while my husband runs his errands. Owen and JoAnn feel like family to me.

I just got a retique it kit and I'm kinda confused if I was meant to receive a super nice brush that I haven't tried out yet, but I'm really into it. This is my go-to spot for ordering since I don’t stress about shipping fees; once you hit 20 bucks, shipping's on the house. I don’t know about you, but I’ve ditched orders in the past 'cause I could snag another pint of paint for the price of shipping! 😆
